If your computer crashes and you are ready to pull your hair out, Dave saves the day and recovers all your data, if your POS terminal in playing games on you, he can fix that as well. Get a virus on your computer and he cleans it up and has your computer or laptop running like new…or better. Blackberry users pay attention! 733 business and personal contacts. Docking port breaks off, and I didn’t back it up on my laptop. New Blackberry and no idea of how to get those contacts off the old one and on to the new one. Blue Tooth, absolutely. But do I know how to do it? Absolutely not. Absolutely excellent service. My computer screen had gone green and I called and Dave walked me through and solved the problem. Dave was extremely patient with me as I do not know very much about computers. I would definitely recommend his business without hesitation.

Visiting family in Cambridge, I had to annotate an MS Word file for a publisher using my daughter’s computer. All I could get was an error message – she had Word 2003 and my file was in Word for Mac.
